Sittin' On Top Of The World

Have you ever heard from God in such a way that made you feel on top of the world? It's been one of those weekends for me.

I feel like I could fly. My senses seem eagle-like, colors are vivid, emotions are intense, and my focus is very steady. I'm incredibly happy, and yet seem unable to stop crying. I'm running out of pages in my journal. I can't contain the thoughts. I seem to get one revelation after another and before I've processed the first, the third has hit me. I want to close the window and catch every idea, process it, agree with it, and absorb it... but God has opened the door and is pouring more in.

I'm overwhelmed with what it all means. We had a guest speaker at The Well's Lead Team meeting on Thursday, and that same guest spoke on Sunday. Some of the very things he said were ideas that God had downloaded into me the week before... Words of encouragement for The Well. I wrote two pages of notes on it! My jaw nearly dropped to the ground when he began to speak. Other things he said spoke directly to my Spirit.

God is doing something incredible at The Well. And while He's at it, he's doing something incredible in me, too.
