Ripples Of Revelation

There are so many things I don't understand. So many things about the God and His ways that leave me clueless. And it never ceases to amaze me when I see something that is fully truth and yet the opposite of what I expected or would have thought. It's fascinating how the ripples of one revelation can spread and roll and wrap around and affect things/places/areas that you never thought they would affect or reach.

It's amazing to see what a new understanding of the true sovereignty of God does to your level of joy. It's interesting how permeating love melts away fear. It's fantastic to see healing in one area of your life totally transform another--completely unrelated--area of your life. Well... unrelated, so you thought.

Where does the majesty of God's intricate, orchestration of love in your life end? Where did it begin? With your birth? With your parents meeting for the first time? How can you trace out the depth of His care or concern for you? Can you count the times you were protected from something without knowing it? Can you count the stars in the sky--the same ones that He breathed into life? His all-encompassing capacity for love, wisdom, and restoration just rocks me.

What is there left to hide or keep from a God like that? What is there left to not trust Him with?
